Refund Policy

We aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process for all training/coaching bookings made through Training Portal.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for bookings cancelled within the allowed cancellation period, as per our Cancellation Policy.
  • If a provider cancels a confirmed session, a full refund will be issued to the requester.
  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions or for no-shows by the requester.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us with your booking details and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be issued in special cases at our discretion.
