Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel bookings and the conditions for refunds on Training Portal.

1. Cancellation by Requester

• You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by Provider

• If a provider cancels a confirmed session, a full refund will be issued to the requester.
• We will notify you as soon as possible in case of provider-initiated cancellations.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us with your booking details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
